Very pleased with the level of customer care thus far in the process which is just a few weeks. Liking the level of professionalism and courtesy of all I've spoken to up to this point. Both Ava with sales/demo and Ryan from the support center did a great job explaining things in a way that someone who is not the most tech savvy could easily understand.
